**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:

- Analyze and identify hardware issues in SAS enterprise hard disks and server motherboards.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and methodologies to troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Repair and Maintenance:

- Perform repairs on faulty SAS enterprise hard disks and server motherboards.
- Replace defective components and ensure proper functionality after repair.
- Firmware and Software Updates:

- Update and upgrade firmware on SAS hard disks and server motherboards as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure compatibility and compliance with the latest software versions.
- Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough testing on repaired hardware to ensure reliability and adherence to quality standards.
- Document all repair processes and maintain detailed records of hardware configurations.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the IT team to understand system requirements and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with vendors for technical support and warranty issues.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of hardware inventory and repairs performed.
- Generate regular reports on hardware status, repairs, and recommendations for improvements.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing:

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to SAS enterprise hard disks and server motherboards.
- Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to IT staff on troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electronics or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ Experience in in SAS enterprise hard disk and server motherboard repair.
- In-depth knowledge of SAS technology, server architecture, and RAID configurations.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used for hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with team members and vendors.
