**About the role**

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cargo revenue integrity team and for managing the overall effectiveness of revenue realization, by minimizing revenue leakages across all the business processes globally.

You will also ensure compliance to ethical business practice, policies and procedures as well as creating an Early Warning Signal as preventive measure to stop revenue leakage pro-actively

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

- Develop, implement, monitor and review processes in line with increasing complexity of the business. Manage and influence internal stakeholders in the interest of revenue integrity to safeguard the interests of the division globally.
- Lead and guide the revenue integrity team towards safeguarding Qatar Airways Cargo interests by reviewing end-to-end system and business process to identify any potential revenue leakages and compliance issues and works closely with appropriate departments for corrective action.
- Develop procedure documentation in form of policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) for the Revenue Integrity unit. Conduct on-going reviews of Policy and SOP documents and ensure regular update based on business need.
- Establish Early Warning Signal tools to prevent any revenue leakages and oversee periodic checks on system and process control effectiveness, reporting and measurement of revenue integrity from booking until billing.
- Develop, maintain and review global revenue integrity framework of the business at a region, station, product and customer level. Engage with the network and revenue accounting to assure processes are implemented and targets met.
- Lead the continuous transition and improvement of revenue integrity policies and processes to measure, analyze and reduce revenue leakage in the cargo division.
- Assure that the benefit of revenue integrity is well ingrained in the cargo division by continuously sharing updates on the effectivity of the setup and influencing key decision makers.
- Ensure external and internal audit compliance of the cargo revenue integrity team, policies, processes and setup. Plan structured and thorough action from audit findings in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Manage the creation of waiver and write off processes and approver hierarchies in line with company policies.

**Qualifications**

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 7 years of job-related experience.
- Cargo rates/ tariffs, TACT rules, Cargo billing and revenue processes knowledge and experience.
- Familiarity with tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present financial data in an easy-to-understand format for management.
- Ability to quickly analyze the data to identify trends, summarize results and provide conclusions or recommendations.
- Strong ethical standards and feeling of responsibility.
