**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies.
- Ensure beverages are consistently prepared and presented according to luxury brand standards.
- Greet and engage guests warmly, professionally, and attentively.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the coffee station and service areas.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and restock supplies as needed.
- Operate coffee equipment safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth outlet and overall hotel operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- High school diploma; barista certification or professional training from a recognized institute is preferred.
- **3+ years’ experience** as a barista in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, latte art, and brewing equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance in line with five-star hygiene and grooming standards.
- **Locally available in Qatar** with a valid visa and QID.
