Job Purpose:

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Head Barista to lead our coffee operations and elevate our café and beverage offerings to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily coffee bar operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate the barista team to deliver consistent service and product excellence.
  • Develop and refine coffee recipes, beverage menus, and brewing techniques aligned with brand standards.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of coffee machines and equipment.
  • Manage stock levels and ordering of coffee beans, supplies, and materials.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to create unique coffee experiences and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista in a 5-star hotel, specialty café, or luxury hospitality environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
  • Attention to detail with a passion for service excellence.
  • Barista certifications or training from recognized coffee academies is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment.
