**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Procurement**:

- Identify and source reliable suppliers for medical equipment, consumables, and general supplies.
- Request and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize contracts with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and procurement policies.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply quality and availability.
- Liaise with clinical and administrative departments to understand and fulfill supply needs.

**Warehouse Management**:

- Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing of goods.
- Ensure proper documentation and inventory control.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and conduct regular stock counts to avoid shortages or excess.
- Implement and enforce storage guidelines for medical and hazardous materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse premises.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide data for audits or inspections.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in procurement /warehouse management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical equipment, consumables, and supply chain best practices.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s procurement regulations and healthcare standards is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
