The Role
Charterhouse has proudly partnered with a notable organisation with strong links across the region. They are looking to add a C-Suite level hire to their asset management function to drive the growth and strategy across their property portfolio. The Chief Asset Management Officer will work very closely with the Board of Directors on the portfolio construction looking at new investments and maintaining a profitable and diverse portfolio. This is a great role for a Director of Asset Management to take a step up and play a pivotal role in shaping and developing an impressive property portfolio. Working with the CEO, the Chief Asset Management Officer will have full autonomy in shaping and defining the newly created department. The portfolio has a heavy weighting on hospitality assets but does include many other areas as well.
