Job Title: ICT Assets Management Administrator

Location: Qatar

Experience Required: 5+ years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Assets Management Administrator to join our team. The role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization of resources. The candidate will also play a key role in developing and implementing an IT Asset Management system from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of ICT assets (procurement, deployment, usage, and disposal).
  • Build, configure, and implement an IT Asset Management (ITAM) system.
  • Maintain accurate asset records in line with organizational and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure assets are tracked and updated regularly.
  • Generate reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and compliance.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
  • Optimize asset allocation to minimize cost and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT Asset Management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT hardware, software, and licensing.
  • Experience in setting up or working with CAFM/ITAM tools.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
