Al Kubaisi Porto Cabins, we are looking for a Architectural Fit-Out Foreman, Doha, Qatar

**Responsibilities**:

- Review daily work schedules with the assigned Manger.
- Ensure the correct use of tools and personal protective equipment on-site.
- Provide team members with the appropriate tools and materials to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Uphold company safety policies, ensuring compliance with on-site regulations.
- Select the most suitable materials for fit-out activities and manage material usage effectively.
- Calculate and order material quantities accurately to avoid wastage and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage hazardous materials on-site, ensuring proper labelling, storage, and usage.
- Plan tasks effectively, ensuring the correct resources are available to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Assign workloads according to team members' skills and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Interpret technical drawings and give clear directions to the team to prevent errors and rework.
- Provide accurate daily progress reports to maintain transparent communication with project managers and clients.
- Supervise all fit-out activities, including carpentry, gypsum work, MEP coordination, and finishing work.
- Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and designers to resolve any on-site issues.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in architectural fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Effective time management and task prioritization.
- Relevant certifications or trade qualifications preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Diploma in Machinicial Engineering or relevant field.
- 4 + years of GCC experience in site supervision.
- Experience in fit-out projects such as cafes, restaurants, and retail spaces in malls.
- Experience managing project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Able to read the 2D drawing
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be currently in Qatar with a transferable work visa and NOC.
- Immediate availability for joining.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
