**Company **:Employer is one of the largest providers of Engineered products and services to the energy industry in Qatar, specializing in key diverse energy related disciplines of rotating equipment, electrical, instrumentation, drilling & static equipment.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Must have at least three years of experience in HR operations and Support

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting and sourcing talent by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating the new employee onboarding and orientation process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and providing guidance to employees on benefit options
- Managing and maintaining employee files and updating employee information in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinating employee events and activities to foster a positive and engaged workforce
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing support in resolving any issues that may arise
- Helping to create and maintain HR-related reports and metrics, providing valuable insights to the HR team and management
- Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned
- Assisting with the rollout and management of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of an organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining employee files and updating HR systems.
- Knowledge of Labor laws and regulations.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Experience with creating and maintaining HR-related reports and metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
