**Job description**:
We have an urgent opportunity for Senior Electrical Engineer position.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- With minimum 10 years of experience in construction, fit out, and post contract projects within Real Estate industry direct working with contractors/clients or as representative.
- Extensive experience in cooling system, project management, engineering/electrical design, and execution of electrical works.
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading & reporting).

**JOB HIGHLIGHTS**:

- Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of electrical systems, adhering to safety standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Expertise in electrical engineering principles, project management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Coordinate the design and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local, national, and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout all phases of the construction process, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to optimize electrical system performance and efficiency.
- Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications.
- Ensure that electrical installations meet regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
- Perform quality inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to mitigate risks and improve project outcomes.
- Lead a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors, providing mentorship, guidance, and support as needed.
