**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
***Client & Scope Overview**:
This opportunity is part of a multi-year program providing Project Management Consultancy Services for 3 years. Selected professionals will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance of development and humanitarian projects across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, health, education, economic development, disaster management, and climate change. Experts will be mobilized as required to provide technical depth, project delivery support, and alignment with international best practices and donor standards.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or related field).
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the relevant discipline.
- Proven expertise in design review, supervision, and technical advisory.
- Familiarity with international engineering standards and multidisciplinary project delivery.

**Field of Experience**:

- Infrastructure projects, building services, utilities, environmental engineering, or medical facility engineering.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Support project planning, design review, and construction oversight.
- Ensure compliance with international standards, safety, and quality.
- Contribute to multi-sector projects including infrastructure, humanitarian, and health facilities.

**Language**:Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
