**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Housekeeping Coordinator** to ensure seamless communication between our Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance teams. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Serve as the **primary liaison** between Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance departments.
✔ Monitor and update **real-time room status reports** to ensure efficient check-ins/outs.
✔ Oversee **lost & found operations**, ensuring proper documentation and guest follow-up.
✔ Assign and track daily tasks for housekeeping staff, ensuring timely completion.
✔ Assist in **staff scheduling, attendance management, and onboarding/training**.
✔ Handle **guest requests** (special amenities, room changes) with efficiency and professionalism.
✔ Maintain accurate records of **maintenance issues** and coordinate timely resolutions.

**Requirements**:
✔ **Proven experience** in **housekeeping coordination** or a similar role (hotel experience preferred).
✔ **Fluent in English** (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
✔ **Tech-savvy** - proficient in **MS Office** and **Property Management Systems (PMS)**.
✔ Exceptional **organizational and multitasking abilities** in a fast-paced environment.
✔ **Asian nationality preferred** (due to team dynamics and guest interaction needs).
