Job title **:Female Housekeeping Supervisor**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **female** **Housekeeping** **Supervisor** to join our team at Sea Plus. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience within our facilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, scheduling, and task assignment.

**Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.**

**Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.**

**Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to housekeeping.**

**Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide constructive feedback.**

**Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations**

**Qualifications**

**. Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning supervisory role.**
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and supplies.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
