**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Assistance**: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms. Ensure a warm and professional welcome.
- **Room Delivery**: Deliver and retrieve guest requests and packages to and from rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Information Provision**: Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Assist with transportation arrangements and provide directions as needed.
- **Concierge Support**: Assist with making reservations for dining, entertainment, and other activities. Handle guest inquiries and special requests.
- **Safety and Security**: Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings. Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- **Maintenance and Housekeeping**: Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues in guest rooms or public areas to the relevant departments.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with front desk staff, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
