**Controller-Flight Dispatch**

Controller-Flight Dispatch provides the Manager OCC (MOCC) with capable assistance in the organization of all pre-mission planning, flight planning and flight following. The Employee analyses, controls and reports flight operations activities in order to ensure efficient air network operations to meet and exceed Amiri Flight’s VVIP customers’ needs and expectations. The Flight Dispatch Controller is authorized to take operational decisions within the regime of responsibility and in coordination with the MOCC.

Main Duties include but not limited to:

- Supervise and perform operational pre-flight preparation in accordance with Qatar and foreign government rules and regulations, including applicable ICAO procedures, company flight operating manuals and corporate policies and procedures.
- Supervise and carry out analysis of post flight documents, obtain debriefing from the flight crew towards monitoring the aircraft performance and maintain records for the requisite period.
- Ensure that all colleagues are aware of all the relevant information necessary to execute their duties efficiently.
- Establish excellent working relationship with internal and external service providers. Coordinate with all departments, outstations, and ATC authorities to maintain punctuality of operations and to arrange quick relief in case of interrupted flights.
- Meet operational deadlines under any time constraints, completing multiple tasks unsupervised. Supervise flight following and decide changes to flight plans, re-routings and diversions independently.

**Qualifications**

**Educational Qualification**:

- College Degree (preferred) or High School Diploma

**Experience**:

- Possession of Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
- Equivalent minimum eight (8) years’ experience in Flight Dispatch, out of which four (4) years as Flight Dispatcher.

**Skills**:

- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communications skills (written and spoken).
- Social Competence
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
