**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and ensure efficiency.
- Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to guests during repair works.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and report major issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager.
- Follow hotel safety policies and comply with Qatar Municipality and company regulations.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or technical/vocational certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance.
- Minimum of **3 years experience in maintenance or engineering**, with at least **1 year in a hotel or hospitality environment.**:

- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
