Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).Lead maintenance activities for irrigation systems, pumps, pipelines, and related farm equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime of facilities and equipment.Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and inventory.Train and guide maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.Liaise with farm management and other departments to support smooth operations.RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.Strong knowledge in Irrigation, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical systems .Prior experience in large-scale agricultural or farm projects is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.Ability to work in outdoor farm environments and handle multiple tasks.span> BenefitsBasic Salary QAR3000 + QAR300 Food Allowance + QAR200Other Allowances = Total Salary QAR3500/month + Accommodation + Transportation and other standard benefits as per Qatar Labour Law.Duty Hours: 8 HoursWorking Days: 6 Days/weekOver Time: As per work demandsContact Period: 2 YearsDesired Candidate ProfileDiploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.Strong knowledge in Irrigation, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical systems .Prior experience in large-scale agricultural or farm projects is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.Ability to work in outdoor farm environments and handle multiple tasks.
