Job Summary:
Position : Secretary
Reporting to : Executive Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized filing system and update records as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics for staff and visitors.
- Manage office supplies and ensure that equipment is maintained and operational.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute memos, announcements, and other communications.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
- Previous experience as an Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 20/02/2025
