**Sales & Installation** is responsible for leading the sales and installation operations of the elevator division. This role involves developing sales strategies, overseeing project execution, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful completion of elevator installation projects while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tenders for elevator installation projects.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Male only
- Minimum **7-10 years** of experience in the elevator industry, with a proven track record in sales and installation management.
- Strong knowledge of elevator products, installation processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Immediate joining to a month
- Driver's license is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
