Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for a Senior Maintenance Sales Engineer. The role involves managing and expanding the client portfolio, promoting maintenance contracts and services, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The Senior Maintenance Sales Engineer will also provide technical support, strengthen client relationships through effective communication, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels while maintaining close coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to deliver customized mobility solutions.
  • Excellent Communication, Sales, and Customer Service abilities to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Proven experience in technical and commercial roles with the ability to balance customer needs and company objectives.
  • Proficiency in the elevator and escalator industry is an advantage, as well as a relevant engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-oriented approach and demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team.
