Company Overview

We are a sub-subcontractor in the Oil & Gas sector, delivering engineering and construction services across Qatar. To support our growing project portfolio, we are hiring an experienced **Planner** to manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery.

Role Overview

The **Planner** will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with client and EPC-3 requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using **Primavera P6 / MS Project**.
- Monitor progress, identify delays, and recommend recovery actions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and clients.
- Analyze manpower and resource allocation.
- Support planning for shutdowns, tie-ins, and brownfield activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and HSE teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- **10+ years’ experience** in planning within the Oil & Gas sector (Qatar/GCC preferred).
- Proven expertise in **Primavera P6**.
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas lifecycles, EPC planning, and shutdown works.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

**Skills**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
