**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide waitstaff in delivering outstanding food and beverage service in line with luxury hotel standards
- Coordinate daily operations on the floor, ensuring tables are properly attended and service flows smoothly
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to maintain consistent service excellence
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a strong presence during service periods, ensuring attention to detail and guest needs
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and organization across the dining area and service stations
- Liaise with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service
- Assist in managing reservations, table settings, and special dining arrangements
- Monitor inventory of service-related supplies and report shortages
- Follow all hotel safety and operational procedures

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum **2+ years of experience** as a **Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter** in a **luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality setting**:

- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Deep understanding of fine-dining etiquette, food & beverage knowledge, and up-selling techniques
- Well-groomed, professional appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
