**Parsons is looking for an talented Resident Engineer to join our team In this role you will get to assist **Senior Resident Engineer and Project Director during construction supervision works. Resident Engineer must ensure that the works are delivered on time, at cost with good quality, and in compliance with health and safety requirements of the project.**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Effectively manage the site supervision team and ensure the works are being carried out according to the contract specifications.**:

- **Review, monitor, and report construction progress**:

- **Review material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, quantity surveys, payments, variation orders, claims, HSE.**:

- **Plan, co-ordinate and monitor activities of site supervision team, and sub-consultants, ensure quality assurance system is properly implemented and maintained.**:

- **Monitor the quality of materials and workmanships during installation.**:

- **Liaise with Site Staff ensuring all are kept informed of all relevant project matters/issues.**:

- **Liaise with and advise the client on construction quality and progress**:

- **Coordinate with the authorities, ensure NOC's are secured and are up to date**:

- **Liaise with Client, SRE, Contractor and concerned Authorities for resolution of project issues as necessary**:

- **Co-ordinate with site staff and contractor to resolve issues in a timely manner.**:

- **Maintain risk register and relevant supporting documents**:

- **Coordinate with consultants/contractors within the project and others where there is interface with neighboring sites**:

- **Monitor the site safety practices ensuring compliance with project requirements.**:

- **Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.**:

- **Quality Assurance documentation and registers in relation to the assigned work on the project are produced and well maintained**:

- **Assist in contract administration, should be familiar with the conditions of the contract**:

- **Provide final approval of the completed works and arrange Handover.**:
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- **15 years Total Work Experience (minimum 10 years as RE)**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related) fields**:

- **Qatar MoECC registration is required**:

- **Chartered engineer or Professional Engineer is a plus**:

- **Construction/design experience in Infrastructure works and drainage systems**:

- **Team player, take responsibility for performance, health, and safety.**:

- **Excellent working knowledge of all construction related activities**:

- **Computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point) is required**:

- **Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.**:
