We are a leading provider of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and cybersecurity solutions. We are expanding our Security Operations Center (SOC) and seeking a highly motivated and skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. **Job Summary**:
As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our SOC operations and services comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client policies. You will play a key role in maintaining the security and integrity of our clients' IT and OT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.
- Identify and assess compliance risks.
- Develop and implement compliance remediation plans.
- Provide compliance guidance and training to SOC staff.
- Monitor changes in relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS).
- Knowledge of QF policies and procedures.
- Experience with conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must reside in Qatar and be eligible to work under our sponsorship.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- CISA, CRISC, or other relevant compliance certifications.
