We are looking for a** Commissioning Telecom & Cybersecurity Lead**for one of our clients with the following details:
**Start Date: ASAP**

**Contract Duration: 36 Months**

**Location: Doha Qatar**

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
- 8 years experience with relevant certifications (CCNA, IEC 62443 etc.) including 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
- Experiences for commissioning execution of Telecom equipment package such as RADIO (UHF/VHF, VHF MARINE), RACON, ACS, PAGA, Data LAN & WAN, Meteorological, CCTV, Telephone, etc. fabrication yard and onshore and offshore included interface work with other contractors.
- FO cable familiar with OTDR and power meter test (preparation, execution and acceptance criteria).
- Hands on experiences with ICS (Industrial Control System) Network and Cybersecurity(Familiarity with IEC62443 will be advantages).
- Experience with network firewalls, L2/L3 network implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience implementing End-Point security and system backup solutions.
- Experience as interface focal point with multiple contractors on preparation, the execution phase including simops.
- Experience managed EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved at many locations.
- Familiar with system completion database.
- Application and in depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications, International standard and a working knowledge of Industry standards.
- Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
- Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures.
- Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning and
- systems completion.
- Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.
- Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.
- Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
- Experience in start-up support to Operation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT (Project Management Team).
- A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate with Contractor's team and obtain required information as requested.

Activities:

- Manage all execution of Telecom packages and ICSS cyber activities to achieve commissioning schedule on target maximising onshore commissioning activities vs offshore with all safety requirements (including SIMOPS)
- Monitor of the vendors activities during SAT, Punchlist clearance, OTP etc...
- Monitor the contractor telecom and ICSS cybersecurity commissioning activities making sure the commissioning methodology of project is respected and the system database is used properly
- Maintain company strict Cybersecurity requirements / practices as per Company standards and policies, International Cybersecurity standard IEC 62443 and framework during commissioning /execution.
- Monitor Cybersecurity implementation for ICSS systems which comprises of DCS, IPS, FGS, Control systems for Electrical such as ELICS and also third party packages e.g. HIPPS, PLC etc.
- Monitor network firewalls, L2/L3/L3.5 network implementation, and troubleshooting
- Make sure that the required telecom commissioning spare parts and special tools are available
- Review and approval of telecom and cybersecurity commissioning deliverables provided by EPC Contractor
- Provide guidance and timely review on contractor's commissioning execution plan and processes verifying fitness for purpose and compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards
- Maintain a register of lessons learned related to telecom packages and cybersecurity for commissioning.
