**Responsibilities**:
1.Leading the unit’s team and monitoring their activities

2. Ensuring timely processing of due and advance payments

3. Ensuring all the claims & debit note are settled properly

4. Review all daily transactions submitted by team, verify, and sign accordingly

5. Allocation of various suppliers among team

6. Ensure regular vendors reconciliation

7. Verification and follow up on suppliers’ rechargeable amounts: transport, legalization, shipping, etc.

8. Ensure the adequacy of related documentation and compliance with agreements

9. Ensure that all rechargeable amounts are accounted for with suppliers, and co-ordinate with AR unit

10. Ensure that any supplier transaction is dully approved in accordance with the agreement or PO

11. Perform IFRS 16 calculations and entries in respect to leases

12. Ensure that all relevant backups are attached with the payment

13. Monitoring stock coverage at warehouse, analyse and control purchase against cost of sales

14. Vender management, master data, and invoice tracker

15. Focal point for unit’s ERP requirements

16. Month end reporting and management regular reports

17. Control of expiry, damage, FOC, shelf rental, and promotion claims with suppliers

18. Control and tracking of PDCs

19. Control over refundable deposits

20. Physical stocktaking arrangements

21. Cash incentives and sales promotions preparation and processing

22. Approval of posting of payment / journal vouchers

23. Review, update, and track credit agreements with suppliers

24. Co-ordinate with procurement and tender departments in relation with processing payments

25. Ensure smooth workflow and processing of transactions

26. Address any queries to suppliers about discrepancies, and answer suppliers’ queries

27. Management reports: Ageing, pending shipments, outstanding balances, etc.

28. CEO personal accounts handling

29. Any other tasks assigned by superiors

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
