**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**

**1. Invoice Management & Data Entry**
- Review, verify, and sort invoice documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Update invoices in SAP accurately and on time, resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Adhere to company credit policies and evaluate customer creditworthiness.

**2. Interdepartmental Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission of accurate invoice and financial documents.
- Collaborate with other Accounts Receivable Accountants to share best practices and achieve team goals.
- Support senior accountants with reports, projects, and special assignments.

**3. Financial Transaction Management**
- Record all financial transactions accurately in SAP before month-end closing.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate Customer and General Ledger (GL) accounts.
- Process invoices and customer receipts promptly and accurately.

**4. Customer Account Management & Reconciliation**
- Review and reconcile customer accounts regularly.
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, maintaining communication with customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of customer account information.

**5. Debt Collection & Customer Support**
- Follow up proactively with customers to collect outstanding payments.
- Work with debt collectors to negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide required documentation or clarification.

**6. Other Duties**
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant Receivables or line manager to support operational requirements.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- **Education**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Work Experience**:_
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably within the transportation or service industry.
- **Certificates & Trainings**:_
- Accounts Receivable Management training.
- Financial Analysis certification.
- Accounting Software or SAP training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR30,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month
