**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ **Procurement & Sourcing**: Identify, evaluate, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of food and beverage items.
✔ **Goods Receiving & Quality Control**: Inspect all incoming stock, verify quality, and ensure compliance with order specifications.
✔ **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate reordering as needed.
✔ **Cost Control & Budgeting**: Monitor pricing, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
✔ **Documentation & Compliance**: Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and supplier agreements while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
✔**Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to align procurement with menu requirements and operational needs.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in **F&B procurement, supply chain, or warehouse operations**.
Strong knowledge of **food safety standards and storage regulations**.
Ability to **negotiate with suppliers and manage cost-effective purchasing**.
Detail-oriented with strong **inventory and record-keeping skills**.
Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and procurement software** is a plus.
Fluency in **English; Arabic is an advantage**.
