Roles & Responsibilities:

- Establish long-term plan for aligning & developing in-house and outsourcing capabilities for

meeting projected company growth for revenue as well as product diversification
- Provide balancing approach between in-house & outsourcing to annual revenue targets as well as

delivery commitments
- Lead the planning team and direct their effort to improve - Inventory performance, production

throughput, on time delivery, liquidate damages penalty, Work-In progress Inventory, Minimum

Order Quantity (MOQ) and production batch quantity
- Establish accurate product planning parameters and variables i.e. item planning data, item

ordering data, Bill of Material Status, resource calendar/ capacities, Available-To-Promise (ATP),

Capacity-to-Promise (CTP) and sourcing Scenario.
- Coordinate with other functions for establishing accurate purchase/production lead time and

resource requirement for execution of manufacturing/projects
- Verify and communicate Available-To-Promise (ATP) and Capacity-to-Promise (CTP) for expected

project/tender/sales quotation
- Organize planning resource to develop project/sales order execution plan & ensure procurement,

production & inventory allocation plan is executed /converted in timely manner to meet delivery

commitments, in compliance with set performance targets for planning
- Maintain effective coordination of planning department with supply chain & production for timely

update of execution status and recognition of delay
- Facilitate development of counter measure & action plan to control of anticipated project

execution delay and capacity bottleneck
- Effectively communicate for project execution status & revenue plan to Sales teams, Finance as

well as customer. Liaise with sales team for customer acceptance for changes in delivery dates
- Ensure prompt recording of transaction updates and analyses factor and department responsible

for project execution delays. Enforce commitment/ action plan from other department for

improvements
- Manage day to day work and make sure that goals are achieved
- Select the team and assist in preparing the Manpower Plan
- Manage the team performance to meet the company and department KPI’S and objectives
- Support the management and HR for any development in the company

Required Skills/Abilities:

- 6 to 10 years of work experience in related job and 4 years of work experience in similar position

in Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing & services background.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with MBA degree in Supply Chain is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge & experience of using SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From QAR22,000.00 per month
