Civil Foreman

We are hiring for a reputed **facility maintenance company** based in **Qatar,**currently engaged in a **government healthcare project.**We are looking for a **Civil Foreman** with proven experience in facility maintenance, capable of supervising and coordinating civil works efficiently within healthcare or similar critical environments.

**Position: Civil Foremen with facility management experience**

**Number of Positions: 2**

**Location: Rawdath Al Kahil**

**Working Hours: 9 hours per day**

**Duration: 2 months (extendable)**

**Work Days: 6 days a week**

**Salary: QAR 3,500 (All inclusive)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily civil maintenance work on-site.
- Coordinate laborers and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion.
- Follow safety and quality standards while handling basic troubleshooting.
- Read drawings, inspect work, and report progress to the site engineer or manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in facility management.
- Able to read drawings and supervise civil maintenance and repair work.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Valid QID and willing to work in remote locations like Al Karaana or Al Leghwariya.
