We are looking for a** Logistic Officer** for one of our clients with the following details:
**Start Date: 01-JAN-2025**

**End Date: 31-DEC-2025**

**Location: Doha, Resident**

**Work Status: Single**

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Qualification: Experience in similar position (years): mini 10 years.
- Previous experience in O&G logistic.
- The Service holder must have a strong knowledge of his activities and the ability to analyse and evaluate the critical parts of his activities.
- Good knowledge of the industrial context, contract practice and Oil & Gas operations in general.
- Fluent in English - Both verbal and written

Activities

Responsible for material receiving, inspection, preservation and shipping from the Supply base to Offshore sites to perform installation activities works related to DBN PWN Project, including HSE and Quality:

- management and project engineering to ensure employee safety and legislative compliance.
- To ensure compliance with Company Management System and applicable International Standards.
- To insure the good level of competency for NOC Supervision (Onshore)

Scope and development:

- Provide Logistic supports to Onshore and Offshore Projects teams.
- Perform all material receipt, control, inspection, storage, preservation, shipment aspects in the Supply Base.
- Follow material status with detailed packing list, detailed shipment program.
- Updating SAP system for all onshore material movements (piping, structural items, overseas shipments, local purchasing,....)
- Updating SAP references for items not already existing in PALM database.
- Chasing all outstanding materials for Offshore installation by liaising with Project Procurement team, CPY warehouse and CTR.
- Liaising with QA/QC team during the Quality Control activities on the Supply Base and Non-destructive Testing.
- Communicate with QC team and onshore/offshore teams to centralize and archive all material certificates.
- Follow-up all Transport request (Onshore and Offshore).
- Material preparation, packing and loadout for all the material as per Work Orders.
- Ensure proper that preservation for all material during warehousing in accordance with supplier recommendation and CPY procedures.
- Updating material Preservation follow-up as per QA/QC requirements.
- Issue Non-Conformity reports or review Contractor Non-Conformance reports.
- Coordinate the offshore material returns / surplus materials with Backload team for the dispatch.
- Carry out any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by his line management.
- Provide detailed KPI for DBN PWM material control and follow up.
- Comment and review the procedures related to logistic.
