**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies
- Finalize details of orders and deliveries
- Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts
- Develop and maintain effective logistic-related relationships
- Ensure that the highest possible professional standards are maintained in relation to confidentiality, probity and ethical conduct.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
- Coordinate logistics activities related to procurement
- Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for each contract
- Develop logístical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans
- Ensure accountable, timely and cost-effective logistics plan

**DESIRED SKILLS**:

- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Meticulously attentive to details
- Extensive knowledge on INCO terms, shipping regulations and clearance procedures
- With experience in Air, Sea and Road Logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an understanding of the principles of effective negotiation.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and clients.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to identify issues, think laterally and develop appropriate strategies.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks for self to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively
- With Advanced level of computer skills
