**Maintenance Manager**
- **Experience in Healthcare Facilities - Hospitals and Clinics is a MUST**:

- To direct and control all the activities of the Maintenance Department
- Takes responsibility in confirming the Maintenance activities are performed as per the terms and scope of the contract, to integrate multi discipline, inter-department, project and contractor activity to facilitate a high degree of availability and reliability of the facilities
- To provide work directions to the subordinates and contractor staff and ensure that all activities and services provided are in line with statutory regulations, policies and procedures
- Receives and reviews the work request list for all discipline of Maintenance and give directions, Receives, reviews and finalize the Routine, Corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Takes responsibility of the implementation of Preventive maintenance activities, its schedule, task lists. Takes performance review of all the critical equipment and installations at regular intervals & decides on required additional maintenance needs.
- Monitors, controls and give directions to the discipline supervisors to carry out their defined responsibilities. Leads the team in carrying out the root cause analysis of the problems.
- Prepares Daily Reports, Monthly reports, Equipment failure reports, Incident /Accident reports, indicating activities carried out, problems encountered and produces analysis reports of a technical nature indicating failures and recommendations to alleviate recurring problems.
- Review documents of work performed, in progress, and work completed & checks the processed paperwork related to each discipline supervisors, such as time sheets, material costs, repairs and activity reports
- Increase the site operational effectiveness, manage and implement improvement plans, Developing and managing processes and resources to meet requirements for both Company and Client, Manage the performance of the company related to PPM and Corrective Maintenance activities.
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and established Service Level Agreement (SLA´s) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
- Leading and participating in the development and updating of standard operating procedures and work instructions, due to changes in requirements, legislation, work processes and methods, etc.

**_Qualifications and Experience Levels: _**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 15 years varied maintenance experience in GCC
- Experience in Healthcare Facilities - Hospitals and Clinics is a must
- Extensive facility management and maintenance experience with significant proven people management experience
- Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for maintenance
- Understanding of procurement/supply chain
- Understanding of IOSH/NEBOSH, ISO 14001
- Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken and understanding of technical manuals)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
- Available in Doha for an interview, must be on transferable visa
