We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quality Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background and over 15 years of proven experience in QA/QC and Quality Management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Quality Department and manage all QA/QC activities for mechanical works.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and method statements.
- Ensure all works meet Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and relevant international codes (ASME, API, etc.).
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors for quality-related matters.
- Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and client audits.
- Monitor NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and train QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
- Submit periodic quality reports to senior management and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC and Quality Management, with mechanical discipline.
- Familiar with Ashghal standards.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
