**Job Description**:

- Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the programme quality plan to ensure the delivery of works that meet the required standards and specifications.
- Application of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution.

**Qualifications**:
**Mandatory Requirements**
- Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience, 3 years of which at senior level in Quality, with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes. preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures, or rail-related experience.
- Experienced in interaction / working Public Authorities regarding Quality issues.
- Knowledge of Qatar construction market.
- Bachelor of Engineering from a recognized University in an appropriate field
- Certified QMS ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Ashghal/Government procedures.
- Ashghal client-side experience
- Driver’s Licence.

**Desirable requirements**
- Charted Membership or Certification from International Quality Bodies (CQI or ASQ)
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Arabic language skills.
- Experience of working in Qatar and/or the Gulf region.
