**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and assemble custom exhibition stands according to project specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and collaborate closely with designers and project managers.
- Ensure structural integrity, functionality, and aesthetic quality in all builds.
- Work with various materials including wood, metal, and acrylic, ensuring efficient use and mínimal waste.
- Supervise junior carpenters and contractors, ensuring all work is up to the highest standards.
- Manage onsite installations and breakdowns, ensuring all work adheres to safety protocols.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Master Carpenter, with specialization in exhibition stands or similar structures.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to interpret and execute technical drawings and plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Experience with on-site installations and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Knowledge of safe work practices and the ability to enforce these on-site.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
