We are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a cybersecurity project for OT systems within the electrical sector in Qatar. The role involves managing the implementation of cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Location: Qatar

Duration: approximately 18 months

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the OT cybersecurity project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement OT cybersecurity frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., NERC CIP, ISO/IEC 27001).
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project milestones.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely issue resolution.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of project management experience, focusing on IT/OT systems and/or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of OT systems and industrial control systems (SCADA, PLCs).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English

**Preferred**:

- Experience with electrical power systems.
- Arabic is a plus but not required.
