**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor all mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local regulations.
- Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other discipline engineers to ensure smooth workflow and interface resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Lead progress meetings, prepare site reports, and highlight any technical issues or delays.
- Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the project life cycle.
- Review and respond to RFIs and technical queries.
- Support the project manager in managing the site supervision team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in site supervision roles.
- UPDA/MMUP certification (for Qatar) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and review tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Navisworks).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
