The Site Engineer supports the implementation and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) within construction and interior fit-out projects. Working under the guidance of senior engineers or project managers, the role focuses on coordinating site activities related to FF&E logistics, placement, and quality control to ensure timely and accurate execution according to project specifications.

Also assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction site activities under the supervision of senior engineers and site managers. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the construction site to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to quality standards and design specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in site work, preferably with interior fit-out or FF&E exposure.
- Basic understanding of interior drawings, layouts, and furniture installation processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and basic project tracking tools.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to support site operations proactively.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic & English (preferred)
