Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in BMS, HVAC, or building automation systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in working with BMS software platforms such as Siemens Desigo, Honeywell Niagara, or Johnson Controls.
- Strong technical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of building automation principles and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve critical issues.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, including building owners, facility managers, and service providers.
- Certification in BMS systems (e.g., Certified Energy Manager, Building Automation System Technician) is desirable.

**Experience**:

- BMS technician: 3 years (preferred)
