**Job Title: E-Com Administrator**

**Location: Jaidah Square, Qatar**

**Position Type: Full-time, 6-Month Contract (Extendable)**

**Salary: 5000 to 5500 QAR (Full Package)**

**Start Date: Available to join by the 1st week of February**

**Preferred: Tagalog speakers; Arabic-speaking skills are a plus.**

This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the company's online presence, streamlining e-commerce operations, and contributing to the overall success of their digital strategy. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Management**:

- Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce websites, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Update product information (descriptions, images, pricing) regularly to reflect current stock and promotions.

**Social Media & Marketing**:

- Manage product posts on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product content and digital campaigns.

**Customer Interaction & Appointments**:

- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues.
- Schedule showroom appointments and assist clients in booking time slots for product viewing.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in inventory management and ensuring product availability on online platforms.
- Generate reports on sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
- Help optimize e-commerce platforms based on user feedback and trends.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with product uploading and managing online stores is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.

**Availability**:

- **Must be available to join by the 1st week of February.**
