We are seeking an experienced **Mobile Crane Operator** with port operations expertise to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring efficient and safe handling of cargo in a fast-paced port environment.

**Duties**
- Operate cranes, including but not limited to Caterpillar cranes, to lift, move, and position loads as required.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on crane equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with ground crew members to ensure safe loading and unloading of materials.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with heavy equipment operation.
- Operate additional machinery such as backhoes, front loader trucks, tanker trucks, and roll-off trucks when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and team members regarding project progress and safety concerns.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery on-site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in crane operation or related heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Familiarity with farm machinery and the ability to dig using various types of equipment is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Valid certification for crane operation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
