Ensures handling of customer requests

Handles washers and make sure excellence in service is achieved

Manages receivables and follows up on collectables

Makes sure all washers are equipped with the right tools and are following procedures

Answer incoming calls & attending to requests

Direct and motivate unassigned workers to cash washes

Perform random spot checks to make sure service is timely up to standard

Resolve customer complaints (missing wash - bad quality -)

Daily invoice collection on all assigned locations & cash drop off at administration

Transfer washers between sites depending on the number of cars

Follow up on uncollected invoices from previous months

Daily monitoring on staff members assignments

Continuous introduction on HiWash services to get new members to subscribe

Coordinate with customers on vacation, or have cars in service for reactivations

Investigate with clients that want to stop service on reasons why

Make sure all cars on the wash list are done

Double check all workers have the right equipment for the jobs needed

Handle all emergencies that might occur on site during working hours

Inspect nearby potential properties

Coordinate with admin on invoice printing, data entry and customer requests

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Qatar Driving License (required)
