**Job description**:
Charterhouse is working with a multinational market leader within their field, who is looking to hire a Senior Communications Manager to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This role will work closely with the global HQ team and international colleagues to develop and deliver a wide range of internal and external communications, also focusing on employee engagement strategies.

**About the role**
A key focus for this role will be to enhance employee engagement and connectivity across the international business, generating a greater understanding of the wider group’s priorities, key achievements and long-term vision. As Senior Communications Manager, this role will lead and develop a small team, manage PR agencies and closely work with stakeholders to provide strategic direction for all marketing and communication related activities across assigned territories.

In addition, this role will be responsible for creating and executing effective online marketing campaigns which increase brand engagement across social channels and promote the business and its products in a positive way.

In order to support with the promotion of tactical campaigns and industry related events, this role will also manage and oversee the production of supporting marketing material, POS and brief packs.

**About you**

Our client is looking to hire an individual who demonstrates excellent communication skills, has proven project management experience and exposure to developing teams. This role will be based in Qatar and will be required to travel to other markets in the region.
