**Job description**:
We have a new opportunity for a Senior Subsea Systems Pipeline Engineer on a contract basis. The position will be based in Doha, Qatar on a residential basis.

The job holder is accountable for all technical and coordination activities under job dimension during PWD (Produced Water Disposal) project execution from concept to completion, as follows:

- Defining, reviewing, implementing, coordinating, managing and following up all necessary scope and procedures of PWD Project subsea flowline/pipeline (Rigid/Flexible), subsea PLET, PLEM, Jumper, spools, transition piece, design, procurement, installation, tie-in testing and commissioning, preservation etc.
- Identify/manage all technical aspects for subsea flowline/pipeline related to PWD Project during execution
- Technically manage all internal and external interfaces related to design, analysis, specification, Schedule and Budget with all parties during project execution
- Prepare & provide inputs to his discipline scope in COMPANY's Call for Tender (CFT) document
- Deliver high quality deliverables for offshore subsea Installation
- Provide technical inputs to any technical query during project execution
- Ensure final documentation issuance
- Assist PWD Project Manager upon request on project management matters during project execution
- Report and liaise with PWD Project Manager as needed
- Cable lay design and execution including landfall design/interface experience preferred

Company is implementing PWD project to dispose produced water in two subsea wells by laying ~1.7 Kms of subsea flowline from FSO to two subsea wells. It is a fast-track project with CAPEX of about ~50-60 m USD

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Master in Engineering with specialization in subsea pipeline/flowline
- Relevant Professional Experience in transportation and installation of subsea flowline/pipeline
- Large spectrum of skill and competencies in various engineering disciplines and/or in Interface Management
- Specialist Subsea flowline/pipeline PLET, PLEM, Jumper, transition spools, tie-in, testing, commissioning and preservation
- Cable lay design and execution [burial/mitigation] including landfall design/interface experience preferred
- A good knowledge of Contractual matters would be necessary, and a good knowledge of subsea structures (such as pipe supports, DOP etc) would be a plus.
- Languages: English mandatory
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings
