**Job description**:
Are you ready to take on a challenging leadership role in the offshore oil and gas industry? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subsea Package Lead to join a major Oil & Gas client in Doha, Qatar. As the Package Lead, you will play a crucial role in the execution of the subsea Package, overseeing activities from CFT to transfer to Operations. The project is a significant Greenfield endeavour involving the installation of multiple new wellhead platforms and a Central Processing Platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage all activities related to the Package, including planning, execution, and handover to Operations.
Lead and coordinate dedicated teams covering various phases of the package activities.
Interface with Field Operations, other Packages, and Integration PMT to ensure smooth project integration and execution.
Oversee the EPC contract management, technical evaluations, and commercial aspects of contractor selection.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in offshore oil and gas projects, with some work in a Project Engineer role.
- Significant experience in a senior leadership position within a large multinational taskforce team environment.
- Prior experience in offshore facilities at conceptual and pre-FEED stages is preferred.
- Fluent in English and computer literate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a complex and multicultural environment.
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings required.

**Work Environment**:
As the Subsea Package Lead, you will be based at our Major Projects premises (Doha, Qatar) during the CFT stage of Topsides EPC and then potentially move to contractor's premises during the EPC phase. The Project involves various international sites, and you may be required to travel worldwide for technical missions and relocations to support engineering development and EPC execution with contractors.
