Delivery App Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development and maintenance of our delivery app
- Test and troubleshoot the app to ensure its functionality and user-friendliness
- Develop strategies to improve user engagement and retention
- Analyze user feedback to identify and prioritize app enhancements and new features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the app meets the needs of all stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our delivery app's capabilities
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Develop and maintain app documentation and training materials for users and internal teams
- Monitor app performance metrics and develop reports for senior management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in app development
- Strong technical skills, including experience with app development, testing, and deployment
- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors

**Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
