Role Overview

Oversee offshore development, on-site testing, coordination with client SMEs, managing requirements/features, stakeholder management, escalation handling, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with senior client leadership.
  • Manage application development & implementation.
  • Coordinate with SMEs for requirements, environments, testing, etc.
  • Handle stakeholder communication, change request negotiation, and escalations.

Preferred Profiles

  • DM:
    strong client leadership experience, application development understanding.
  • PM (Development):
    strong exposure to app dev.
  • PM (Infra):
    strong in VMs, infra setup, & app deployment readiness.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Middle East (especially Ministry) experience.
  • Must hold Qatar RP/QID.
