Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate project site activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets standards.
- Address non-conformance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and daily construction activities.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the construction site.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections, identifying and mitigating potential hazards and risks.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress reports on project status, issues, and achievements

Requirements;
- BE in Civil Engineering.
- 1-2 years in building & infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of the construction process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
