**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil maintenance activities on site, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections, identify repair needs, and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance works.
- Liaise with clients (specifically Dolphin Energy Qatar) and internal teams to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure all HSE standards are strictly followed at all times.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
- Handle material requests and resource planning based on maintenance schedules.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil maintenance, with **mandatory previous work experience at Dolphin Energy Qatar**.
- Strong knowledge of civil repair techniques, concrete restoration, painting, coating, and general maintenance work.
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and maintenance best practices in the oil & gas or industrial sector.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
